An online review is a starting point, not a final diagnosis. Your plan is confirmed only after an in-person examination at the clinic, where nothing is decided in a rush.

Is the online consultation really free?
Yes. Sending your photos and questions for an initial review does not cost anything and does not commit you to treatment.
How are my photos and personal details protected?
Your photos and information are used to review your consultation. If you have specific privacy concerns, ask us how your data is handled before you send anything; you can also start with a written description first.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
The team reviews requests during clinic hours in Korea Standard Time. Response time can vary with volume and time zones; if your travel dates are close, mention them so the team knows your timing.
Can I get an exact plan from photos alone?
Photos allow initial guidance, but a final plan requires an in-person examination of your structure and skin. Your doctor may adjust recommendations after seeing you.
What if I've had surgery elsewhere before?
Please say so and share any records you have. Previous procedures affect what is possible, and the team will consider them carefully.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
Not at all. Describe your concern in your own words; helping you identify the right direction is exactly what consultation is for.
Can I ask about costs?
