Facial AccuLift uses a thin laser tube to melt and reduce excess fat around the cheeks and chin through a small access point. At the same time, heat stimulates the surrounding subcutaneous tissue to help refine contours.

AccuLift is BYUS's laser-assisted method for reducing facial fat in the cheeks, jowls and under the chin through a small access point.
Will my skin sag after fat removal?
Fat reduction alone can leave skin loose, so elasticity is assessed beforehand, and heat stimulates the surrounding tissue during treatment. Results depend on your skin.
